Is there a way to stop the Reservation Summary from being emailed to customer?

Hi there,

Currently you can not disable the confirmation emails with EE3 but most of the email functions are pluggable which means you can replace them with your own custom function, this can be used to stop EE sending email.

However how will your attendees then see a confirmation of registration?

As it stands right now, a customer is getting 3 email confirmations. TouchNet, a custom confirmation and a Reservation Summary. I would like to cut down on the amount of emails a customer would get by dropping the Reservation Summary. I am open to any suggestions.

If so that’s the Admin email sent to the primary contact emails address for Event Espresso when a user registers onto an event. Are you using the same email address for test registrations as your admin email? That would explain why you are receiving both.

Yes it looks link your sample and yes I am testing as admin which is why I am receiving 3 emails. So issue is resolved.
