Required Questions not working

Wordpress v3.7.1
Event Espresso v3.1.35.L
Recently upgraded
Site is online but registration page is password protected.

In my Questions settings, I have clicked on “required” for a number of questions but when an attendee fills out the form it doesn’t actually require them to fill in those fields which means the form is not properly collecting all the data we need for registration.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Holly,

The validation uses JavaScript, so either you have JavaScript turned off or there is an error in one of your JavaScript files causing other scripts to break.

Without being able to see the site, it’s hard to say what has exactly gone wrong, but I would check your JavaScript in your themes Inspector/Developer tools.
