We are running the latest versions of EE and WP. When checking out here:
http://ontourtickets.com/event-registration/?ee=3

You will see that you can advance without filling in any of the required fields.

I read some other forum posts on this but I wasn’t able to figure out the issue. We tried removing each of those widgets from the page but it made no difference, you could still advanced without filling in any of the required fields.

We are using the Moneris payment gateway. Could that be the problem? I saw in another forum post that the gateway could be the potential problem.

Any help you can give me in tracking down this issue is appreciated.

Hi Tom,

It seems as though this was fixed in a recent release. Can you try to edit those questions making them “not required”, save, then make them required again and save? Please let us know whether this corrects the issue.

When I got to edit the three that are currently required to set them from Yes to No the drop down ONLY lets me choose YES, there is no drop down option for NO.

So I can’t change that option to change back like you recommended.

Is that something that is stored in a database? Maybe if you can let me know what database table and field that is set in and what I need to change it to to = no I can change it directly in the db and then proceed with seeing if I can change it back via the EE interface.

If not I am open to any other ideas.

Hi Tom,

The form validation is done with javascript and you have a javascript error. When these errors occur, they effectively stop all other javascript after them (in load order) from working.

The error is coming from a file in the theme called audio.js, the exact error being “Uncaught TypeError: Object # has no method ‘getAttribute’ ”

I would firstly check to see if there are any theme updates. If not then I would refer to the theme developer in this instance, unless you want to get your hands dirty and dive into the code.
