Required Fields Not Functioning

Hi There,

I have two fields that are required the registrants to say Yes but the page advances to the payment page with out requiring them to answer Yes.
I looked on other forums and they said stop the jQuery from loading twice but I’m not sure how to do that.
Can you help?
