Good afternoon,
My Event Espresso end users are experiencing issues with the event registration interface. It appears as though even when they complete all Attendee Information Registration fields, they are receiving the following Error Message: “An error has occurred: First Name is a required value.”

Hi there,
Can you do a bit of troubleshooting so we can narrow down the cause of the issue?
There are a few possible causes to this issue. You can rule these out one by one:
1) A theme conflict. You can rule this out by temporarily switching to the default WordPress theme.
2) A plugin conflict. You can rule this out by temporarily deactivating any other installed WordPress plugins.
Please let us know if you find a difference when you try the above steps.
