Hi,
First, two small things you might want to know. Your plugins to add states to countries have two errors:
France – has an extra comma in the SQL
India – plugin is named Spain
Thought you might want to know.
My main issue is that when we are adding a registrant as an admin, fields that we have added (gender) and marked as required in ‘questions’ don’t validate before form submission. So, if we miss it, it actually submits the form and then returns the error and a blank form to start over again.
All the EE fields that are required validate before the form posts so no data is lost. It would be really nice if this was the same behavior (the latter one) for both.

Hi Jonathan, thanks for the report. We’ll get those plugins corrected today.
You are referring to the inline validation for the add new registration screen. I’ve created an enhancement ticket to have that added.
