I have request a domain reset request as I want to change my domain in Event Espresso. But is has been almost 7 days my domain reset request was pending.
My apologies for the delay, however, I checked on our licensing system and we have a reset request for this account from January 23rd (3 days prior to your post) which I have now put through for processing.
Is there another request reset to be processed?
You should receive an email within instructions on how to reassign your key but in short, remove the key from the site (cut) and save, then reapply the key again (paste) and save again. The license key doesn’t change with a reset, the domain associated with it is removed on our end.
