Hi – Is it possible to run reports based on payment method/timeframe please? For example, show transactions with ‘invoice’ payment method between set dates, and ideally show the contact details for the individuals?
Also, is it possible to export a backup of all events/attendees into CSV format (or similar) please?

Not currently.
We do have plans for an advanced reporting add-on on our roadmap here:

We will be using that board to help prioritize our developments on new features if you would like to add your vote to the card.

We have a CSV report for registrations on single events or all events.
This is not really a ‘backup’ as it does not contain all of the information for the registration/transactions but it does provide some.
To run a report on all registrations for all events go to:
Event Espresso -> Registrations.
At the bottom of the list you’ll see an ‘All Registrations CSV Report’
To run a report on registrations for a specific event go to:
Event Espresso -> Events -> {hover over event} -> Registrations
A the bottom of the list you’ll see a a button that shows ‘Event Registrations CSV Report’
We do not currentl provide an export/import feature for events.
