Hi there, I am trying to download cvr registration reports from an event I have created but it is instead downloading transaction reports
So the problem is that I am requiring a download of all activity but it is only giving me the results of the transactions that have been paid for
Can anyone help with this?
Also, I don’t really like the look of my registration form font etc. The rigister now button is in grey and very small font- is there a way to change this (make it bigger and bolder) and also is there a way to change the general look of the booking forms?

There is not transaction report within EE so I’m not sure I understand.
The CSV includes all Approved and Pending Payment registrations that have contact details assigned to them, it does include some transaction information but it not a transaction report.
What are you expecting within the report?

Genrally EE applies minimal styling and uses your theme to style the output. Can you link us to an event page to view this?
We may be able to help with some additional styles.
