I’m looking for a way to report on our sales. I see all the data I need in phpmyadmin, but I don’t know how to write a query to combine and align the various tables.
Can I purchase a support token so someone can write a query I can use in phpmyadmin, or should I look elsewhere for the same?
I need the following
event
registrant
transaction
method of transaction
maybe more

for a given day, week, month, year

thanks

Hi Michael,

How are you today?

What version of Event Espresso are you using, EE3 or EE4? Most (if not all) of this data is available for export, if that helps. Or are you looking for a querying and reporting tool?

Hi Garth. I’m using EE4. The Event Export doesn’t have registrant or transaction detail. I don’t see a way to export registrations or transactions, though I think what I’m looking for would be a combination of all three.

Hi Michael,

You can export the registration data by looking at the registrations for a single event, then using the Registrations CSV report at the bottom of the page, seen here: http://www.screencast.com/t/cvouC0Oa

What information is not included in that export? With that data you can build further reports manually to meet your needs.

If you want a custom report, that would be custom work by maybe EE Pro or our development team.

Thank you.

That report is missing the form of payment, for example. cash, credit etc. Additionally, it’s too laborious to report on each event and then put them together. We primarily report by day and week.

Yes, I’m wondering how we can get this done. We are willing to pay a reasonable price for a simple query that dumps as much information as possible, per transaction.

We don’t need anything front-end for now, though I expect that we will eventually want that too so that someone other than I can run reports.

Unless I’m mistaken, I have in mind something like a single query–just one line– that I can cut and paste into myphpadmin.

thanks
