Replies to Confirmation Emails

I notice in the draft text for confirmation emails, the suggested text includes “This is an automated response – Do Not Reply” – does this mean that if someone responds, the email is essentially lost? I’m just trying to figure out if this text was just suggested or is mandatory and I want to include accurate instructions in my emails.

Hi Kathleen,

The text is a suggestion to help reduce unnecessary response to you.

The emails are all sent from the admins email (or the one in General Settings if you wish to change it), so responses are possible.

The support post ‘Replies to Confirmation Emails’ is closed to new replies.
