First, I am not Eric ๐ I’m Jenny, his project manager who is trying to assist a client in troubleshooting their EE registration errors.
They are experiencing a high number of these errors:
โWeโre sorry, but your ticket selection could not be processed due to a server timing error. Please hit the back button on your browser and try again.โ
We have WP Rocket installed but, from what I can tell, the critical EE pages are set up properly to not be cached.
But obviously, there is caching going on where it shouldn’t be D:
It may not necessarily be caching. Were any customizations made to the Event Espresso ticket selector? Those may be causing the server timing error. Is there a specific event page where this error happens?
Hi Josh – it’s very possible that the ticket selector was customized. I’ll have to wait until Eric is back next week (he was lead dev on the project) to confirm. Thanks for your help! At least I know there’s nothing more my non-techie self can do now lol. Have a great weekend!
