Im trying to create an event that runs multiple times a day and multiple days a week at all the times that day, currently i can only see a way using the repeat events to cover one event a day, am i missing something? Thanks

There’s an option to add event times. Look for the button under the first set of event times. It should be labeled “Add additional times” |

but from my understanding that means the amount of slots i set for this event cover all the times set in here is that right? i need to have x amount of slots per hour, not x amount over certain hours if that makes sense. |
You should be able to set up the time slots either way. Each slot needs a start and end time to be entered. Here’s an example: |

but i swear when ive trailed this before, signing upto the event at a certain time took up one slot from the event covering all the different times |
In the Event Espresso>General settings, under advanced features, there’s a feature that lets you set limits for each time slot that can be enabled. Note that it only supports single registrations (not groups) |

ah ok i have the working now. I see its a work in progress, can i enquire into how it is planned to integrate this into the calender, as its currently only showing the event at the first entered time. |
I don’t believe there are plans to change the calendar to display each time slot as a separate event. |

oh ok, is there any way to change it so that the even can cover the whole day then? |
|
or a way to take out the functions to display the week/day options of all calenders so the time slots are not viewable |

I had a similar issue with wanting multiple repeat event. I needed group booking for each time slot so my work around solution was to use the recurring event manager and create repeat events. So for example I have a 9:30am-11am event which recurs on the days I want it and then a 10:30am-12pm event etc. look at http://www.tagpartyrecon.com/information/calendar/ to see what I mean. |

ye i thought about doing that but ive got far too many time slots and events to do it like that, id end up with almost 800 events 😛 |
