Renewing license which was always for my client's website

So hello Event Espresso support staff. I have had a personal license for a year which is up for renewal. This was always for a client/friend’s website. I suppose one way or another one of us can get access to the forum through a username and password. I was wondering if two persons can be attached to one license even though I will probably be the one writing in with the tech questions?

Thanks,

Kirk

Hi Kirk,

What we usually do is give the developer access, but no support license key. We add the support license key to the clients account.

That seems like a good plan. I can act on the client’s behalf with developer access and he keeps and renews his license key on his website, yes? How do we do the logistics of that? This would be some kind of switch right?

Thank You

Hey Kirk,

Sorry I missed this. Go ahead and have your client create a new account. Then we can move everything over to your client’s account.
