Hi. I renewed my license, but updates are not working. I deleted the key, saved. Then, reloaded the key and saved. Did not work. I’ve deactivated the plugin, reactivated it. Still not working.

Do you know the version you are trying to update from? If it’s from an EE3 version, your current support license is for EE4, which would explain why it’s not working. If you want to switch your license to EE3, someone from the sales team can help you make that happen. You can contact the sales team via their form on this page.
You can update to EE4 without losing your data, but before you update to EE4 you will need to run a manual update to the current version of Event Espresso 3 first. You can download a current copy of Event Espresso 3 here:
