I see our Braintree add-on renewal under our account, but not the EE4 renewal. How is that renewed and pricing?

Hello,
Your account is in a transition phase to our new billing system. When you originally purchased your support license last August, that billing system was not yet running.
Once you renew your support license which is active through August 3, then you’ll see both Event Espresso 4 and Braintree listed under the active subscriptions section of your account page.

We are currently working on our budget for next fiscal year. Can you tell me the cost it will be to renew and how that is done?

Hello,
Sure, I can help with that. You’ll receive a loyalty discount of 50% so a month before your support license expires, then you’ll receive a renewal email.
The cost to renew Event Espresso 4 would be $34.98. Braintree will also have a similar cost but that would be for next year since you purchased it this year.
