Hi
I’m trying to renew my licence for EE Everything at $279 but when I try to check out the bill is $1079 per year which is a hell of a difference.
Am I missing something?

Hi Ged,
That’s definitely wrong! I can’t see any reason why this is occurring, so let me put this in front of a developer/sales and see if we can get this sorted for you. Bear with us, we’ll get back to you.

Question: your licence is currently for an EE3 business licence. Are you trying to renew that or trying to renew with EE4?
If you can screenshot the yellow notice box that appears on the checkout page, that would be very useful!

Hey Ged,
It looks like everything is sorted now. Since Roles and Permissions Pro is not included in the EE3 Business Package, it will be additional. Does that help?
