Renew license

Hi,

in my WP dshboard I see the following message and link:

Your Event Espresso license is expiring. Reactivate your subscription or renew before your license expires to save 50% off.

However, when I log in to my account I do not see any option/tool to renew my license.

How to renew my license in time?

Hi Toon,

Thanks for bringing that to our attention. About a year ago, we launched our new billing system which supports automatic renewals.

Prior to that, renewals were a manual process.

You are seeing a notification that was intended for transition members that are moving to the new billing system.

You can dismiss that message in your WP dashboard as your account will renew next year on its own in early January. You’ll also receive a reminder about this a week before the on-time renewal is processed.
