Our EE3 license is going to expire on 11/14 and we want to buy the EE4 license. |
Hi Emily, First off, you won’t lose EE3 functionality when your license expires. You will only lose access to updates. Also, if you need updates for EE3, I recommend staying with EE3 until you are ready to move to EE4. We can send you a prorated discount code for the amount you paid for EE3. Also, all EE3 packages come with EE4. 🙂 |

Thanks Jonathan. I went ahead and installed EE4 on our Staging. Also a sales question: We are going to buy EE4 to upgrade EE3. We had bought EE4 for another domain (http://FloridaHerbalConference.com). Is there an option to “expand” the existing license to include two domains, or the price would be the same? |
Hi Emily, We don’t currently have a Recurring Events Manager add-on for EE4. This is something we plan to develop, but I don’t have an estimated time of completion for it. We do have a “Duplicate” button which allows you to copy events so you don’t have to recreate each one from manually. The price would be the same for an additional license. However, if you would like to add an additional license to your account, you can contact sales here and we can help you with that. |

When I log into my account, the only Upgrade option is to EE3 Developer. Can you have a sales person contact me, to clarify where to purchase EE4. |
Hi Emily, We’ll need to manually adjust your account from our end and provide you with the discount for the support license change. Please send us an email here to get started: — |
