Removing invoice as an option of payment

We do not want to offer invoice as an option through our event espresso webpage. I keep deactivating it however it keeps activating and the only way I am notified is when someone registers and uses this option. How do I go about deleting the invoice option altogether?

Hi there,

It keeps reactivating? The invoice payment method will re-activate if there is no other payment method active on the site, I assume you have another payment method active?

If so which other payment method are you using on the site?

One option is to go to Event Espresso -> Payment methods -> Invoice.

Don’t de-activate the payment method but set the ‘Usable From’ option so that ‘Front-end registration page’ is not checked and save.

Does that remove it for you?
