Removing incomplete transactions

I have some test data I would like to clean up. I have worked with event espresso in the past and know it is a bit of a process to remove test data. I looked through this forum and thought I had found the process for doing just this. Here is what I did.

I went in to each transaction that I wanted the registration to be removed. I then deleted the payment for that transaction. Next, I went to the registration put that in the trash. My registrations are still in the trash. What I was hoping would happen would be after this process the transaction would also be deleted. It was not.

Thank you for contacting us.

By default, if you want to remove the transaction from the transaction page, then you need to delete the registrations from the trash also.

After the registration is deleted from the trash, then the transactions will be deleted automatically from the transaction page.
