Removing Gavatar from the ticket

Hi there,
How can I remove the Gavater from the printed ticket or add the one that I have. Thanks

Copy over the index.php file from the ticketing add-on to /wp-content/uploads/espresso/tickets/templates.

Then remove this line and save:

<td width="22%" align="right" valign="top"><div class="gravatar">[gravatar]</div></td>

It sounds very complicated to me. My site is live and I prefer not to play with things that I am not familiar with!
