When I want to remove a registrant with a padlock when an ideal payment has been made, I cannot do that. When I click on the trashcan-icon then my browser gets a grey-like beam in the top of the browser and i cannot do a thing.. It doesn’n ‘trash’ the payment and i cannot delete the registrant.. What to do now??
I happens on any browser (Firefox, IE, Edge) and the pop-ups are allowed.. Please help.

When you see that grey-like beam at the top of the browsers, that’s very likely a JavaScript error being thrown by another plugin or the WordPress theme. You can check the console (like in Firebug) for JavaScript errors.
You can also rule out a potential theme or plugin conflict by following these steps:
1) A theme conflict. You can rule this out by temporarily switching to the default WordPress theme, then test. The theme test drive plugin allows for testing another theme without actually changing your site’s theme.
2) A plugin conflict. You can rule this out by temporarily deactivating any other installed WordPress plugins. Then you reactivate them one by one, while testing the error condition between each reactivation.
