Hello,

I have 2 installations of EE4 installed.

EE 4.6.16 is the full version of EE but my client opted to not renew the support license and so I cannot update to any latest version. The plugin is installed but not active.

I have EE4D 4.8.42 installed and active, but we have an old banner that shows up and links to an old page when an event is published. I deleted the banner image, but the link is still showing.

When I go into settings, the template page is grayed out. I just want to get rid of this banner and the link.

Scroll to the bottom and you will see “468” which is a link to an old page.

Can you help?

Hello,

We recommend keeping the support license active so you continue to have access to support services.

I can go ahead and share feedback here to help you out.

On the page that you shared, I did not see a banner. However, I do see a broken image at the end of the page. When I inspect it, it looks like a banner ad feature as I see this CSS name:

et-single-post-ad

That may be coming from the theme as Event Espresso does not have a banner ad feature.
