Remove "Use Attendee #1's information for ALL attendees" from attendee info form

Is it possible to remove the section and checkbox:

“Use Attendee #1’s information for ALL attendees” from the attendee information form?

Hi Dominic,

I posted to your other support question earlier on how to remove the sentence below it. That other element can also be hidden by using CSS (display:none;).

Try inspecting it with a free tool like firebug or Chrome developer tools.
