I need to remove the time lapse of warning window for registered users in check-out, so that the popup does not disappear after a certain time expires. This is confusing for registered users.

As a matter of fact, I would really prefer to get rid of the warning popup window and just leave the text box appearing with the warning.

Hi,
I think that’s an issue with the old reCAPTCHA module. If you switch to the newer “invisible” reCAPTCHA module does the modal no longer appear?
You can switch to the new reCAPTCHA module on the Event Espresso > Registration Form > Reg Form Settings page. Here’s a screenshot of the recommended options checked:

Note that it’s recommended to use reCAPTCHA on the Ticket Selector only.
