Remove the following in the backend: "New @ Events" and "Helpful Plugin Links"

Hello, in the backend (admin side) i need to remove the event esspresso branding . I would like to remove the sections on the right hand side entittled: “New @ Create Event” and also “Helpful Plugin Links”.

Please show me how to do this. Its rather urgent, as per client’s request.

Hello John,

The functions that control those details are there by default, we do not currently offer a white labelled product.

If you wanted to remove them you would either need to remove the functions from the core files (not advised and this would be over written on update) or add a function to the themes functions.php to a custom plugin to target that page and hide the boxes with CSS/jQuery.
