Hi, I received a mail of my payment account ‘Mollie’ to remove the possibility to select the bank from my forms, due to iDeal 2.0. |

Hi there, For Mollie we use the Mollie Checkout integration option, where the user is directed to Mollie to make the payment and then back again. That means Mollie control the checkout option and according to this: https://help.mollie.com/hc/en-gb/articles/19100313768338-iDEAL-2-0 No changes are required for Mollie Checkout integrations. Can you forward the email to support[at]eventespresso.com so I can investigate? |

And yes, I can click on the iDeal logo to do my payment, but on the same page the bank selection dropdown is also availble. This is no longer nessesary and should be removed, as I understand the note of Mollie, you mentioned. |

Ok, so your not using our Mollie integration but a 3rd party add-on for it, you’ll need to contact Pronamic Pay to fix this as we don’t have control over what their payment method shows on that section.
That section isn’t from Event Espresso itself, its the payment method (in this case that seems to be Pronamic Pay).
This part is correct, but Pronamic need to update their integration for this. Or, you can use the EE Mollie payment method available here: |
