Remove s2

Been using it but it causes problems. We don’t need EE4 to create users when they register for an event. We need people to become a paid member before being able to buy any tickets… Since we don’t use membership levels, this should be possible.

Hi,

We’ve received your request for priority support. In this case, you’ll probably need to switch to another membership plugin if you remove S2Member because of your need to sell memberships. EE4 alone does not sell memberships.

So for example, instead of S2 you could use a plugin like Restrict Content.

If you require assistance with changing to a different membership plugin that’s not something we can help with because it’s outside the scope of what we support, even with a support token. If you’d like a refund for the price of the support token, please let us know and we can do that.

I can advise to contact the folks at Codeable.io as they have WordPress experts who can assist with a migration like this.
