How to remove/replace “Register Now” from Calendar Widget for event tickets that are not on sale yet?

Hi there,
Depending on the number of datetimes and/or tickets within an event the query to test for this can be fairly expensive, combine that with the queries to pull in the events for the calendar (which can be fairly expensive in themselves) and you’ll likely start running into issues with query limits.
I tried looking at your site earlier and it just had ‘Too many connections’ errors which means your site was/is hitting your hosts query limits as is, right now the page loads but the calendar isn’t loading, was the calendar’s query causing the above error?
Which type of hosting are you using?
