Is there a way to remove a promotional code from a registration that is pending payment? I had a customer use one during the registration process that he was not supposed to use. It was meant for individual registrations, but he used it on a group registration, which already offered the discount. No payments have been made yet, but I did not see an option on the back-end to remove the promotional discount from the registration.
I’m afraid there isn’t a way to remove a promotional code from a transaction/registration. What you can do is go to Event Espresso > Registrations and Cancel their registrations, then manually add in new registrations for the same event.
