Hi there,

I would like to remove powered by from ticket.

You can edit the template in Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default Message Templates -> Ticket.

You’ll find that has been added in the main content:

https://monosnap.com/file/V4EOXAbZx4fvz5iRumhXTc9KAA9LpE

Remove it and save.

and also I would like to know about white label mobile for the scanner

Is this what you are looking for?

Can we send customer QR CODE direct instead of pdf ticket

Hi,
I have remove powered by text from the default message template. But still its showing on the tickets. Which i tried for the demo ticket purchase. Regarding for Custom APP I already have that event app customization, and also i have setup in admin. Now how we do the custom app on play store and apple store with our own name on it with logo.

But still its showing on the tickets.

Can you send us a screenshot of this?

Now how we do the custom app on play store and apple store with our own name on it with logo.

The app stores do not allow duplicate apps, with just branding changes, to be published on their app stores.

You can remove that branding also from the Ticket HTML template: https://www.screencast.com/t/vpjqfo5gqJoU

You can use our mobile apps for scanning and validating tickets: https://eventespresso.com/features/mobile-ticketing-apps/

i installed Event Expresso 4 app from play store. login and try to scan the ticket. I click on Lookup and try to check in . its shows that No route was found matching the URL and request method. so Need to know why its showing this message. If We need our own app how much cost you charge for that seperately. Thanks

The website, rest API endpoints must all be publicly accessible. Also, there could be jquery conflicts, or security plugins that interfere with the access to the API.

When you mean guest, do you mean that your client wont need to log-in to purchase your ticket?

I assume you have EE Wp User Integration installed? you can disable the plugin or if you want that plugin to leave some of your event, then go to your events and put this settings to NO.

let me know if this is what you mean.

thanks
