Remove or alter label "Attendee 1" on Reg Form

I saw you answered this question recently:

I wish to do the a similar thing, to remove, or at least change the title “Attendee 1” at the top of the Registration form. I noticed this answer was for EE3, but I am running EE4. Not sure if the solution is the same. Am I correct to assume that the code you provided should be appended into my theme’s functions.php file?
