Remove "Archive" Header

Hi,

I have looked at a few of the responses regarding my subject title (https://eventespresso.com/topic/events-list-page-is-called-archives-how-to-change/). I have added archive-espresso_events.php into my theme (underscores) which works but then pulls in template-parts/content and loses the styling and content from the original EE page.

So, in short, how can I change the the page title from “Archives: Events” to “Events & Courses” whilst keeping the original layout.

Sorry guys. Please ignore. Slightly changed the way the page is viewed which therefore changed the page output.
