Hi
I’ve asked about this previously but I just want to see where things are up to.
I have the event reminder plugin installed and it is set to trigger 7 days before the event.
I would like for another to be sent 3 days before and also the day after events.
Can this be done? Is it likely this will be available in the near future?
Is there a way the reminder plugin can be re-named so it could be installed two or three times (not sure how this stuff works really!)
I know this can be configured with Mailchimp but honestly we run a lot of small events and setting up multiple lists will be a major pain.
Failing all of the above, do you know any coders that could set this up within Event Espresso or WordPress. I have spoken to a few from codeable.io and they all seem to want to use Mailchimp. I know how to do this myself and I am excluding this due to the hassle (see above).

Hi,
The automated upcoming event plugin cannot be used to send an email after an event, and it’s not possible to run multiple copies of the plugin on the same site. The only way to get this done outside of using MailChimp will be to contract with an independent developer, which there should be at least a few from codeable.io that can build this. When they offer the idea to use MailChimp maybe what they’re actually suggesting is use MailChimp for the sending, which does make sense because that will ensure higher delivery rates for the emails.
