Hi,
The system doesn’t seem to be remembering users privious answers to the additional questions. This was working and has recently stop is there an option somewhere I am missing to enable this.

Hi there,
By default EE does not auto fill previous question answers but we have a snippet available to do so, see your previous thread here:

I’m not sure where you added those snippets to your site previously but it sounds like they are no longer active. For example if you added them to the theme’s functions.php file and then updated the theme those will no longer save in the functions.php file.
We recommend creating a custom functions plugin and add any snippets to that, see:
