I have a few customers who have tried to purchase seats yet have not completed their order. The seats show up at “incomplete” on my spread sheet and show that they have been purchased on the seating chart. It has been over 24 hours, how do I release these seats so that they can be purchased?
Select the checkbox beside their name in the attendee list, then click Delete Attendee at the bottom of the list.
It should not affect other seats they have purchased because they are separate instances.
