We had two people who had registration confirmations for one of our trainings but we have no record of them registering. I have searched multiple ways – including by the event as well as by registrations (using their names). They have sent proof of their receipt.
We had 2 people register (showed proof of receipt) and they are no where to be found in our registration. We have searched by their names and by the event, as well as by the date on their receipt.
They received a pdf “receipt/invoice” We shave their name and email only because they emailed us – as they are not showing up in our registration system at all.
4.3? The latest version is 4.10.6.p, is that the version installed on your site?
You can find it in Dashboard -> Plugins.
Find ‘Event Espresso’ in the list and look at the version number.
