Some users told us that they had registered in our event but they didn’t received the confirmation message. These users tell us the confirmation ID and we didn’t find it in our registered users DB.
What could be the problem?
Could it be possible that these users are registering multiple times? If so your version of Event Espresso did not contain a warning (like it does now) that the registrations can be lost if the press the back button. What it happening is that they go back and it over writes their existing registration, even though the emails may have already gone out.
I would advise you to update to the latest version of Event Espresso.

We’ve upgraded EE to the latest version. From yesterday, also above of the upgrade, we’ve a problem. Many users told us that website look very slow when they click on “confirm registration” button. This cause the loss of many registrations and is very serious for us. Can you help us please?
I tried to look into this but the registration page you lined to redirects to a page on eventbrite.
