Registrations Missing (3)

I have had 2 people register – only 1 is showing in event espresso even though i have received her payment via paypal and the one that is showing in event espresso i have had no paypal payment for.

Hi,

May I ask how is it that you have 2 registrations? It sounds like you have one registration with one payment.

You could also check your site’s Event Espresso > Transactions page where you can click through to see Abandoned transactions and Incomplete transactions. Any transactions that didn’t proceed to PayPal will show up under Abandoned.
