Registrations listed as "Failed" – none complete except my own

I don’t think that I set up my event correctly, there are several “Failed” registrations that don’t have any registrant info included, so I can’t even reach out to the people. And none of the “Registration Approved” notices are going through.

We sent out a notice that our event registration is open and, although 61 people clicked on the registration page within the first 24 hours, we haven’t received any registrations except our own test ones. This is very unusual. We have voice mails from a couple of people asking to pay for their registration over the telephone with us, but we haven’t received any registrations. I haven’t been able to get in touch with these people to ask if they received any registration approved messages, we haven’t received any.

I have no idea what I am doing wrong.
