Several registrations have disappeared from an upcoming event that we are holding. What would cause this and how can we recover them? We are currently running version 3.1.26.P. Thanks.
Did you upgrade, change plugins, are you exporting the data or just viewing attendees in the admin?
Try running the Event Espresso requirements check plugin (https://eventespresso.com/requirements/) if you’re not sure what kind of server the site is installed on.
You said that there are several registrations that disappeared, is there something specific to those attendees? Are you sure no one deleted them on accident?
