Hi there,
Over the last couple of days, when someone has registered to attendee an event the registration email comes into our email but it is no longer appearing automatically in the attendee list so have been adding them manually. When I add them manually it comes through. Not sure why this is happening as it’s the first time ever.
Any ideas?
It’s not just this event that it is happening to but others well.
Also, my emails to your direct sales email address regarding correspondence about our email confirmations and setting up send grid etc, my last email to you keeps bouncing back with the following error:
Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:
Technical details of permanent failure:
Your email to group sales@eventespresso.com was rejected due to spam classification. To address this issue:
* Contact the owner of the group, who can choose to enable message moderation instead of bouncing these emails.
* Set up SPF records for your sending domain if you have not done so already.
Are you able to look at this at your end? I still have a lot of issues that are unresolved.
Regarding the missing registrations, do you happen to have any caching plugins activated?
That’s strange about the emails bouncing. What happens if you try emailing support@eventespresso.com?
