I have a few questions: Please note that i register couples. So each registration includes 2 attendees.
As you’ve mentioned, by default the questions/answers are not included in the Pending Payment email sent to the admin but they can be added.
Go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default message templates -> Registration pending payment -> Edit Event Admin
Then scroll down and in the

That should include the questions in a pretty much the same format as the ‘Registration Approved’ message does.
We don’t have an option to retrigger just the event admin emails currently.
Depending on how long ago the registration was made, their emails may be in the logs which you can resend.
Find the registration in Event Espresso -> Registrations, then click on the icon
EE will list the messages it has in the logs related to that registration, if the Event Admin email is listed there you can resend – https://monosnap.com/file/jx4SHpRkzHoW7KpmBUPYmmR7Fr10ke
If it’s not listed it’s no longer saved in the log so cant easily be resent.
Not currently, you would need to export the CSV for the event and then filter the CSV after that using a spreadsheet editor.
