Good morning;

I have a few questions: Please note that i register couples. So each registration includes 2 attendees.
1. When a registration is completed including payment I as admin receive a notice. The notice includes the registration form answers(for both attendees) answers. Great. When a registration is completed without payment I receive a notice that payment is pending. I do not receive registration form answers. Once the pending registration has been marked paid, I still do not receive the completed registration form answers. Not great. Please advise.
2. Can I do something in EE so that the registration form answers (for both attendees) can be sent to my inbox again (without resending to the registrant).
3. Is there a way to download to CSV for only one registrant’s (with 2 attendees) info?

As you’ve mentioned, by default the questions/answers are not included in the Pending Payment email sent to the admin but they can be added.

Go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default message templates -> Registration pending payment -> Edit Event Admin

In the [ATTENDEE_LIST] section add:

    <strong>Questions & Answers</strong>
    <ul>[QUESTION_LIST]</ul>
</li>

Then scroll down and in the [QUESTION_LIST] section, add:

<li><strong>Question:</strong> [QUESTION]</li>
<li><strong>Answer: </strong>[ANSWER]</li>

That should include the questions in a pretty much the same format as the ‘Registration Approved’ message does.

2. Can I do something in EE so that the registration form answers (for both attendees) can be sent to my inbox again (without resending to the registrant).

We don’t have an option to retrigger just the event admin emails currently.

Depending on how long ago the registration was made, their emails may be in the logs which you can resend.

Find the registration in Event Espresso -> Registrations, then click on the icon

EE will list the messages it has in the logs related to that registration, if the Event Admin email is listed there you can resend – https://monosnap.com/file/jx4SHpRkzHoW7KpmBUPYmmR7Fr10ke

If it’s not listed it’s no longer saved in the log so cant easily be resent.

3. Is there a way to download to CSV for only one registrant’s (with 2 attendees) info?

Not currently, you would need to export the CSV for the event and then filter the CSV after that using a spreadsheet editor.
