The link you’ve included here wouldn’t be sent to the registrant, thats from PayPal themselves and means the didn’t get a response from the above page when their server sent the IPN.
We can help troubleshoot that, however, you’re using PayPal Standard which we have since deprecated in favour of PayPal Express due to how unreliable IPN’s can be. So rather than working through the above I highly recommend you switch over to user the PayPal Express payment method:
Then once set up, de-activate the PayPal Standard payment method.
PayPal Express doesn’t is considered much more reliable due to how it works and doesn’t use IPNs, so should stop the above email.
