We have our registration process setup so that attendees can sign up early with a pending payment status. Then later they come back and complete payment.
Is there anywhere to view an attendees payment status history that shows the date/time when they originally sign up, then see a separate time entry for when they complete their payment?
You can get the time and date of the original registration by going to Event Espresso > Registrations, then click on the registration. The date and time of the original registration will be shown at the top of the page.
Then on that same page, to get the payment timestamp, click on the View Transaction button. This will take you to a Transaction page which will include a table under the heading Payment Details. Each payment will have a timestamp.
The timestamp of when the registration was added will show in the Registration list, for example: Event Espresso -> Registrations
The ‘TXN Date’ is a timestamp from when they registered.
If you then click on that date, you’ll go to the Transaction for the registration which will list all payments made on it, each of those payments will have their own timestamp: https://monosnap.com/file/cQSG9jSgiWXZ3UHPVden8pRYBn0o3K
So that TXN Date is when they first registered, and the date the payment was made is the date they completed that payment.
