Registration Status

Hey Guys! I’ve confused myself which is easy to do these days as our event gets closer. Anyways, if I mark an Event as Pending Payment, and then Attendee makes payment in the end, will the Transactions show as Completed and the registration status change to Approved?

I want to make sure abandoned / incomplete transactions are not set to Approved.

Hi Tammy, an incomplete transaction will appear empty without registration details. Here is an example:

Since these do not have any contact information, then they will not be updated.

If a registrant decides to start a new registration and complete payment, then a new registration would appear with their complete information.
