We just upgraded to version 5.0.12.p and are seeing a change with the Registration Report from the Admin pages. If we navigate Events page >> click on the number of registrants >> Taken to the registration page for this event.
If you do NOT select any filters at the top of the page, and click the “Registrations CSV Report” – the report starts, but lists out EVERY registration (not just registrations for the selected event).

If you select a filter, say “Approved” status, only the approved registrations for the selected event are returned in the report.

Looking at the generated URL, if you do select a filter, there is a variable “EVT_IT” included in the URL. However, if you don’t select the filter, the EVT_ID variable is not listed in the URL.

It looks like this change was made with the latest version of EE. We use the report with all statuses included, so we don’t want to filter the results. But we really don’t want a report with EVERY registration we have taken when preparing for a specific event.

Is there a way to roll back the Registration Report for our install without going back to the previous version of EE?

You’re right .11 is working fine with this filters. We did submit issue to our developer and they’re on it. For now, use the search method in the registration page.

Hi there,

This is an issue due to a change in how the request variables are handled and we’ll get it fixed up.

However, I have a workaround for you for the time being.

When you filter the registrations down to the event, don’t select anything within the filters at the top of the table and just click filter button at the top.

Then when you run the registration report it should only export the registration for that event.

As mentioned this is just a workaround to get you the report in 5.0.12, we’ll push a fix for this so it’s not needed in the next version.
