My typical situation is someone who bought a “regular” registration and who needs to be moved to a “staff” registration — which has a whole host of additional questions that I need answered. Other than sending them a custom message reminding them to go fill out the additional information, is there a way to push the questions to the registrant?
I think that what is needed is a new message type for Attendee Mover — and then we could send them a link to go to the additional questions. But the regular messages won’t necessarily work, because we don’t recommend folks going back on a routine basis.
