Registration questions are not working

Hello,

I have added questions to my registration, but they are not coming up. I am only receiving name and email addresses even though addresses are listed on my form as well as additional info.

Please advise.

Hi there,

When you say the questions are not coming up, are they shown on the registration form?

You mention your receiving name and email even though additional questions are shown on the form, which implies the questions are shown on the registration form but not included in the admin email sent to you, is that correct?

Can you link me to an event I can take a look at and run a test registration on?
